We have been awarded an order for the redevelopment of the Artifort complex on behalf of Van Wijnen Sittard. This project will present the perfect challenge. The old Artifort furniture factory on the Brouwersweg in Maastricht has seven solid brick end elevations at the front of the building.

The challenge will be to partially conserve these facades and interior walls. A steel framework weighing approximately 455 tons will be constructed floor by floor. The complex will be fully restyled and laid out as large townhouses. The existing vaulted cellar will become a basement car park.
